Zenith’s collaboration with Nona Source produces three more environmentally-friendly straps for the Chronomaster Line.
The first fruits of the collaboration between Zenith and Nona Source were a delectable selection of seven intricately handmade straps using different coloured and textured fabrics for the iconic ladies-only Zenith Defy Midnight.
And they didn’t just look good – they felt good too, for the environment. LVMH start-up Nona Source is the first online resale platform that re-values deadstock fabrics from the most exclusive luxury fashion Maisons, then gives them a second life by allowing creators to reuse existing materials.
This collaboration aligns perfectly with Zenith’s HORIZ-ON initiative to offset its impact on the environment by developing ecologically-conscious products and services without compromising on quality and desirability.
For the 2022 edition of VIVA TECH, Europe’s most prominent start-up and tech events that brings together industry leaders across many segments, Zenith and Nona Source have introduced a capsule collection of straps for the Chronomaster line made using upcycled high-tech fabrics from LVMH fashion Maisons.
Featuring surprising new colours and different technical fabrics, the collection comprises the “Deep Dive” strap made of a water-repellent blue textile; the “Rifle Green”strap made of a light cotton-linen blend fabric; and finally the “Pale Marigold” strap in shimmery gold cotton-blend.
Measuring 20/16mm, these straps are compatible with all the references in the Chronomaster Sport and Chronomaster Open collections and are now available exclusively at Zenith physical boutiques.
