Bold new additions to the Clash de Cartier line turns up the volume on contrasts
Since its 2019 debut, Cartier’s Clash de Cartier jewellery collection has been an exploration of duality — classic yet eccentric, refined yet rebellious. This year, the Maison amps up its vision with edgy new additions, embracing volume, movement, and a richer palette of materials.

The refreshed collection plays with extremes. Oversized studs and precious beads dial up the drama, while diamond-set clous de Paris lend brilliance to the sculptural forms. XL versions in rose gold now comprise rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, reimagining Cartier’s signature mesh with greater scale and intensity.

In a further evolution, limited edition designs introduce chrysoprase — a vibrant apple-green stone — paired with rose gold and absinthe-hued beads. These variations, including rings, earrings and bracelets, follow earlier iterations that featured coral, amazonite and Tahitian pearls.

Flexibility is another hallmark of this latest release. Supple bracelets and necklaces in rose or white gold — or completely paved with diamonds — wrap fluidly around the body. This softness is achieved through painstaking craftsmanship: hundreds of components are hand-assembled over nearly 50 hours per piece.

The diamond pavé versions elevate refinement further, with each face of the squared studs precisely set to catch the light.
Movement, texture, and light interplay throughout the collection, offering multiple styling options, such as doubling long necklaces for a layered look.

Notably, Cartier has expanded its palette to include yellow gold, joining the original rose and white gold offerings.
All new pieces are now available at Cartier’s Singapore boutiques, including ION Orchard, Takashimaya, Marina Bay Sands and Changi Airport Terminal 3.
