Valentino: Pink It Up!

The exclusive shade of pink developed by Valentino and the Pantone Colour Institute continues to make a splash with a limited edition series of everyday objects and store pop-ups.

Lovers of Valentino’s Pink PP can look forward to more creations in the signature hue. From runway to the everyday, Valentino injects the energy of Pink PP into a selection of limited-edition objects brought to life by Danish object developer Copenhagen Design ApS. Look forward to a total of 11 collectible items including to-go mugs, keychains, notebooks, jars, and umbrellas crafted from premium materials. Each everyday object is emblazoned by with the Maison’s storied log and bears the design of the iconic Pantone chip featuring the Pink PP by Valentino colour.

The striking pink hue was first conceived for Valentino’s Pink PP Fall/Winter 2022-23 Collection. As the first European luxury fashion brand to partner with Pantone to develop a signature brand colour, the collaboration not only showcases the Maison’s mastery of colour but also etches Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli’s carefully studied hue into the lexicon of design. Now, with this series of everyay objects, Pink PP becomes a part of the everyday.

To celebrate the collaboration, special pop-ups and pop-ins are launched across the world throughout the month of October. Enter the Pink PP world with pop-ins at Valentino boutiques in Italy, France, Middle East, Singapore, Japan and more. Or visit the special pop-ups in Tokyo’s Ginza and Omotesando districts, along with Melbourne’s Chadstone Mall inventive installations further bring this colour to life.

Wherever you may be, get ready to immerse yourself in the Pink PP celebration as it enters the digital realm with a mixed reality experience developed with Meta’s Spark AR. Come face to face with the iconic colour on Instagram with a digital effect available on the face camera that transports you into a fully pink world, while the back camera conjures up a digital puddle onto any surface, from which items from the collection will arise. from which collection items will arise, giving way to a mixed reality experience.
