The timeless appeal of Cartier’s most beloved watch designs in a precious new miniaturised collection
Cartier’s latest collection of mini watches is a playful take on some of its most iconic designs, miniaturising them to create a series of jewellery watches that still exude sophistication but on a smaller scale.
The collection features beloved models, including the Mini Tank Louis Cartier, Mini Tank Américaine, Mini Baignoire, Mini Panthère de Cartier, and the newly reissued Mini Tortue.
Each piece is a miniature version of Cartier’s classic designs, with every detail— from the case to the movement—carefully rethought and adjusted to achieve the ideal balance between proportion and elegance.
The Mini Tank Louis Cartier, originally introduced in 1917, has been reinterpreted with a yellow gold case, Roman numerals, and a sapphire cabochon winding mechanism. Its timeless elegance is complemented by the Mini Tank Américaine, which brings a curved, sunray-brushed dial in gold and diamond options.
Another highlight is the Mini Baignoire, whose iconic oval shape lends itself perfectly to miniaturisation. Available in both diamond-studded gold versions and on a delicate leather strap, it showcases Cartier’s expert craftsmanship.
Perhaps the most striking reimagining comes with the Mini Panthère de Cartier, with the original animal-inspired bracelet downsized, while maintaining its fluidity and elegance.
The Mini Tortue is the newest addition, inspired by a 1922 design and available in a limited run of 150 pieces, with a refined yellow gold and beige lacquer finish.
Available now in Cartier boutiques worldwide, these mini watches offer a new streamlined way to wear the brand’s iconic designs. Each piece reflects Cartier’s commitment to quality and style, proving that great things can come in small packages. Whether worn alone or stacked with other pieces, these miniature masterpieces are a celebration of craftsmanship, heritage, and understated luxury.
