Adopting a dual semi-open speaker design, the ‘Gentle Monster – Huawei Eyewear’ seeks to deliver superior sound field performance with clear sound and rich sense of space. The designed precise directional speakers deliver beams of sound into the user’s ears, allowing for an enjoyable studio audio experience, with reduced sound leaks.
Dual microphones are embedded within each side of the temple, to achieve linear beam noise reduction, thereby effectively reducing the interference of environmental noise of phone calls.

With the temples as slim as 0.45mm through the use of special high-flow material, complex components are successfully worked into the sides of the eyewear, where all the functions discreetly lie.
The ‘Gentle Monster – Huawei Eyewear’ has been asserted to be IP87 rated dust and water resistant, specifically designed to be a trusty companion as you go about your daily life, rain or shine. Yes, you can even wear them during workouts.

To answer or end phone calls, start, stop or pause music, all you have to do is double tap on the temples.

Double tapping also allows the activation of a special feature – Voice Assistance.
With Huawei smartphones running EMUI 9.1 or later, ‘Gentle Monster – Huawei Eyewear’ also functions as a smart voice assistant that greets you when you wear it for the first time every day.
With smartphones running EMUI 10 or later, the eyewear allows for scenario-based real-time voice reminders.
Battery Life On The Go, New Contactless Wireless Charging

Both optical glasses and sunglasses can be charged by placing it in a leather case designed specifically for the collection. A full charge allows for more than 3.5 hours of listening to music as well as more than 2.5 hours of call time.
The collection will be available at all Gentle Monster flagship stores on 6 September 2019.
